Senior Pitch Officer F/M- Brussels

We are recruiting a Senior Pitch Officer F/M for our client, an international law firm based in Brussels. In this role, you will play a key part in managing pitches, RFPs, private tenders and public procurement submissions, working closely with partners and the Business Development team.

Responsibilities – Senior Pitch Officer F/M (Brussels)

• Manage and coordinate commercial proposals (pitches, RFPs, public/private tenders).

• Ensure high-quality, consistent and timely submissions.

• Collaborate with multiple practice groups and internal experts.

• Contribute to transversal BD projects and provide occasional team support.

• Work autonomously while maintaining close collaboration with partners.

Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in BD, pitch/bid management or public/private tender processes.

• Completed at least 4 tenders to date.

• Ideally experienced in a law firm, consulting firm, Big 4, insurance or pharma environment.

• Native French or Dutch speaker with good command of the other language; English B1/B2.

• Strong organisational skills, rigor, proactivity and excellent interpersonal abilities.
