We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury brand. As part of its retail development, we are looking for a Store Director M/F, alternating between two exceptional locations: Saint-Tropez (6 months during the summer season) and Courchevel (6 months during the winter season).

 

POSITION

OVERALL MISSION
As the Store Director, you will act as a true ambassador of the brand. You will lead and manage your team with the objective of delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving the store’s commercial performance.

You will contribute to achieving the store’s goals through rigorous operational management, dynamic team leadership, and strong field presence. You will be responsible for business development, client loyalty, budget management, and team engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Team Leadership & Development
  • Train, support, and motivate managers and staff in their individual and collective development.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture based on clear and achievable objectives.
  • Identify potential, ensure skill development, and establish succession plans.
  • Unite the team around a shared vision, encouraging collaboration and collective intelligence.
  • Promote a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Proactively suggest organizational and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  1. Business Management
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (sales, conversion rate, average basket, etc.).
  • Drive sales and mobilize the team around business priorities.
  • Foster synergy between internal functions (sales, visual merchandising, stock, customer service, etc.).
  • Identify commercial growth levers and adjust strategies based on results and local opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to the brand’s commercial and pricing policies.
  1. Customer Experience & Brand Representation
  • Ensure impeccable service and hospitality at every stage of the client journey.
  • Enhance the brand image by building lasting, personalized relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to the local presence of the store through events, partnerships, and network development.
  • Stay attuned to client expectations and share relevant feedback with support functions.
  1. Operational & Administrative Management
  • Oversee the store’s operational excellence: stock management, process compliance, and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards (HR policies, quality procedures, retail processes…).
  • Manage the budget, analyze variances, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Anticipate and manage risks (human, material, financial).
